So I recently described my friends and I as “ladies of a certain age.” K. rightly pointed out that we are NOT ladies of a certain age. We are women in our 30s. So what’s an acceptable catchphrase? Sex and the City-ers? Thirtysomethings is SO 80s.

Since 40 is the new 20, according to high-powered media outlets, and WE are in our 30s - I think we are re-teens.
